What we offer - Tools

We can program any kind of tool you could need for your planning processes using PDMS (E3D). The tools are made according to specifications provided by customers. Tools are written in PML.

PDMS native functionalities in many cases are not sufficient for effective planning with PDMS. Some companies write new tools themselves but many of them rely on external, more specialized companies
In general tools are packed in toolbars .Together they comprise one interface that is typical for one company. Toolbars are normally built in PDMS main forms. Generally spoken we can divide all tools according to the PDMS module in which they are used. ( Design, Draft, Admin, Isodraft, Spooler, Paragon, etc). The tools for Design module can be further separated according to the discipline.
Other division can be according to the tools functionality and output. So we can distinguish:

Installation tools. These tools perform some installation of new PDMS elements predominantly in Design databases.
Checking tools. These tools do various kind of controls or checks in PDMS modules.
Reporting tools. These tools are used to make various kinds of reports. Classical reporting functions very often can not provide needed results.
Utility tools. These tools are used for setting any kind of attributes , for providing any kind of complex query between elements in the PDMS model, for massive data exchange via batches, etc
